Every organization's patrons are different. Before we put together a single package, we sit down with you and listen. We want to know who your supporters are, what kinds of experiences excite them, and what kind of travel would make someone in that room raise their paddle without hesitation.

We Build
the Options

We go back and develop several custom travel package options. These are thoughtfully designed experiences with real destinations and details your patrons can picture themselves in. You review them, request any modifications, and give final approval. You have the last word on everything that goes into your auction. All packages are provided at our actual cost. No planning fees, no additional charges added on.

The Auction
Does The Work

Once the package is approved, it's yours to present to your audience. You set the opening bid above our package cost. Every dollar bid above the package price is raised revenue for your organization. The more your patrons compete for the experience, the more your cause benefits.

We Take It
From There

After the auction closes, you connect us with the winning bidder and we take it from there. From that point forward, Sunshine & Travel works directly with the winner to plan every detail of their trip. If they want to extend the trip, add an experience, or customize any element, they're welcome to.
